Conditions of Use

Our site has been designed for easy use and is self explanatory. The following conditions to any order apply:

Storage

We recommend that our fresh olives are keep in a cool place on delivery as some of them contain fresh herbs and when on display we suggest to keep turning olives regularly to ensure they are kept moist and always covered with olive oil. It is recommended that all olives should be consumed within 7 days of opening. Handling instructions and shelf life are printed on each Label.

Dispatch and carriage

All our orders are prepared fresh for each individual customer and our aim is to dispatch each order in around 48 Hours from receiving order to dispatch, a little longer during busy periods of the year. Orders are dispatched Mondays to Thursday and are sent out by overnight couriers for delivery the following day. Please be aware that a signature is required by the courier to confirm receipt of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels not being delivered due to incorrect delivery information or non deliveries due to recipient being away at time of delivery. So please make sure when placing your order that you give us an alternative delivery address if this is likely to happen to accept your delivery.

Delivery charges

Orders below £50.00 are charged at £5.00 per delivery address. Orders over £50.00 are FREE. Delivery is to mainland UK only.

Cancellation and returns

Should any problems occur with any of our products please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the problem as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

In the event of a product not being satisfactory to you, you are asked to contact us immediately and return the goods in their entirety unopened within 36 hours to receive full reimbursement for all charges incurred

Most our olive range are produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given. Consequently credit card authorisation and payment will taken upon the placing of orders.
